Bill and Sara Collins have over thirty years in the restaurant business. Their commitment to fine dining began in CNY but soon progressed to Manhattan, where Sara managed Nobu and Bill worked at Montrachet, Tribeca Grill and the Reebok Sports Club. They returned to their native CNY to open Kabuki in Skaneateles, revitalize MacKenzie-Childs in Aurora and help design the Aurora Inn. They now share their experiences with you in Armory Square.
This project began in September 2003 with a vision and today that vision is a reality. Without architects or designers, Bill and Sara have created an ambiance we like to call "downtown casual" which feels both old world and chic at the same time. Woodworkers Michael Haegerty and Noah Cunningham, Painter/Artist Therese Verley Strodel and Glass Artisan John Dobbs were able to express their artistic talents helping us create this beautiful space. We are pleased that you are now able to enjoy our newest venture.
We look forward to seeing you often.
